Incubate Advisory, a boutique professional services firm based in Dubai with offices in Toronto, announces the addition of Khaled Mersi as a partner to Head its Growth division.

Khaled, a seasoned professional, comes to Incubate with a cross-sector experience in banking, consulting and retail. He will be based in the Dubai office.

At Incubate, Khaled will be focusing on offering services to clients in strategy management and execution, business development and transformation as well as governance and organisational change to assist businesses grow and expand. He will help identify the challenges and critical path, fast track the development of the business with the objective to improve and support in its turnaround. The set strategy will be translated into operational terms by aligning the organization to the strategy making it a continual process. Strategic priorities and initiatives will be reviewed, evaluated, developed and executed.  Level of alignment and implementation by the various functions in the company will be reviewed to ensure calibration in delivering the sought targets as set by the board or CEO. Each managerial function across the corporate structure will be efficiently measured to make sure it follows and adheres to the set targets.

Khaled has also worked and lived in many countries giving him an understanding of the cultural practices in these countries.

As Head of Growth, Khaled will work closely with clients to help them devise and execute their long term strategy focusing on key strategic priorities, assist companies in their business turnarounds and transformation as well as governance and organisation change to help them grow and expand.
